Lantern Light Wagon Ride and Corn Maze
Saturdays 7:30 - 10:30 pm
Sept. 28, Oct. 5, 12, 19 & 26, 2013
Take a Lantern Light Wagon Ride…
along the old stone roads of this historical farm, back to a time when only lanterns lit the way. Follow the tracks of the “Old Sheepskin” Line…. travel along Todd Fork Creek…. and peer through the ruins of what used to be. Tune your eyes and ears and you may catch a glimpse of travelers past! Soldiers, town folk, farmers and politicians portrayed by professional theater actors commemorate the 150 year anniversary of the Civil War in Ohio.
The Lantern Light Wagon Ride is a family friendly, history based ghost tour.
See if you can find your way…
through the Lantern Light Corn Maze, but beware of what you might see….or what might see you….along the way. Then enjoy some hot chocolate, cider, a hot dog, pizza or fresh caramel apple from the Farm Kitchen Cafe then gather ’round the campfire for a ghost story.
Search the Country Store for a “perfect Jack ‘o Lantern pumpkin, a heritage pumpkin for delicious pie, locally made jams, butters, honey and much more!
